We contacted the city of Ferris, TX for additional amendments under § 150.001. However, no amendments regarding § R301.2 in the 2018 IRC were recorded. Art Neidich informed us that they "suggest Ice and Water in Valleys and as targets for all roof deck penetrations." Source: Art Neidich, Email, 12/28/2023.
